I received my box as promised on Thursday. RTB kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was called by the driver 10 minutes before the delivery, and the driver even helped me get it into the garage. Great communication!!! The packaging was adequate for the trip from IL to CA and arrived intact and in pristine condition. Upon opening up, the crate it came in consisted of a wooden box over a cardboard box wrapped in plastic foam, ensuring safe and damage-free delivery. Upon opening and inspection, I was blown away by the box’s quality and construction. The smoothness of the opening and closing of the drawers and the ballbearing slides seems like the more weight I put in the drawers, the better it performs. Also, the paint is excellent on it. I was immediately able to start working from my box, and my daughter dropped a pipe that hit the painted portion of the box and was not a scratch.
